For artists

The whole exhibition, connected
—you included.

Exhibity gives you a private place to understand an exhibition, enter your work and follow what happens—from submission through sale or collection to payout. Over time, the Exhibity exhibitions you enter become one continuing personal history.

Your exhibition history

Every Exhibity exhibition, together in one place.

Your account can bring together the works you entered, the organisations and exhibitions involved, their outcomes, your sales and the associated payout records.

Your history grows automatically whenever you enter an exhibition run through Exhibity. You can also add exhibitions managed elsewhere yourself—these stay clearly marked as your own, self-reported entries, separate from your verified Exhibity record.

01

Understand the exhibition

Read the call to exhibit, entry rules, dates, categories, fees and commission before deciding what to submit.

02

Enter your work

Provide the details of your work through your private account. The organisation can then use the same information for its labels and exhibition records.

03

Offer availability

If you also volunteer, provide your stewarding availability through the same account and update it when plans change.

04

Follow your own work

See the progress of your submitted work and your own sales information, privately and in one place—including at a glance how many of your works have sold and been collected.

05

See your payout clearly

See the sale value, commission and payout information for your work.

Greeting cards and other small items

Small sales can make a worthwhile difference.

Many artists offer greeting cards alongside their main work. A few card sales can help cover the exhibition entry fee, while the cards themselves can carry the artist’s contact details or website to a new audience.

Exhibity can treat cards as untracked items: the type and price are recorded without asking for a separate artwork entry for every card. The Sales Desk records the quantity sold against the artist, and the value carries through to commission and payout.

Help remains available

Enter online, with help from the organisation if you prefer.

Your personal account keeps your exhibition, sales and payout information together and private to you.

Organisations can still assist artists who prefer not to complete the online process themselves.
